Rodin4D operates under Windows XP, Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista and Windows 7. 

  • What languages are supported by R4D CADCAM?
R4D CADCAMD is available in French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Chinese and Greek.

  • In what languages is the technical support available?
The Rodin4D technical team can be contacted by phone 5 days a week in French, English and Spanish. In the other countries where we are present, our distributors provide technical support in your language.
Furthermore, in our customer space, available in French, English, Spanish or Italian, you can find technical FAQ pages that are being continuously updated, and you can submit your questions or obtain training in the self training space.

  • Can I install R4D CADCAM on several computers?
You may install R4D CADCAM on several computers. In fact, Rodin4D is used with a security key. To start the software, simply connect this key to the USB port on a computer where R4D CADCAM is installed.

  • Is paper documentation provided with the software?
The R4D CADCAM software comes with a detailed user manual, covering all its functionalities.

  • Is it necessary to have specific computer skills to follow the software training?
To follow the software training, all you need is a basic knowledge of the Windows environment.

  • How long does the software training last?
The basic training in the software takes two days. Other types of training are also available, and these courses vary between 1 and 4 days according to needs and the specific nature of  the training.

  • How is the software training organised?
Generally, training takes place on our premises, which have all the necessary equipment. (Training room, videoprojector etc..), and you can see a CAD/CAM system in operation when you visit our workshops.
To ensure that training sessions are personalised and truly adapted to your needs, we avoid taking more than 3 trainees at a time.
